How long have you been in business?
We custom built and opened the Lodge in September 1997.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I, Diane was a sales manger for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, so I understand travel and hospitality.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I retired from 30 years as an international airline sales manager and love traveling myself, so my husband & I built the Lodge and offer our travel experiences hosting guests visiting Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, which we expanded from 3 suites & 9 lodge rooms to 9 suites & 9 lodge rooms in May 2005.

Travel 4 miles south on Hwy 7 (So. St. Vrain) from downtown Estes Park. We are located on the side of the mountain as you pass the mile marker 4.

Which areas do you service?
Front Range neighbors as well as Denver and Colorado Springs visitors.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ken & Diane Harlan, owners are hands-on.
What are your hours of operation?
Reservations are from 10 AM - 7 PM daily; check-in is from 4 - 7 PM. Open year round.
