Turning Point started in 1967, and has been providing services to youth and families for 48 years.
What is your primary product or service?
GENDER SPECIFIC RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT - Programs utilize evidence-based practices with core components being Behavioral Health, Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment, Education and school credit-recovery, Community Service Projects and extensive Transition Services.
RECLAIM SHORT TERM RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - Short Term Residential Program 45 Day Intensive Residential Drug & Alcohol Treatment Program for adolescents.
OUTPATIENT THERAPIES - Turning Point offers supportive individual and family therapy and counseling. Our experienced therapists specialize in working with youth and family issues including substance abuse, mental health issues, behavior concerns, and family conflict.
COACHING/MENTORING - Goal-directed mentoring program for elementary, middle, and high school students in need of guidance and positive role models.
DUI CLASS & COUNSELING - Turning Point offers DUI/DWAI classes utilizing the highly effective Colorado Impaired Driver Education Program (IDEP), accepted state-wide by probation and the courts for all DUI/DWAI offenses.
EDUCATION - Turning Point’s educational curriculum is fully approved by the Colorado Department of Education. Programs accommodate students with varying needs learning at a wide range of educational levels. We offer each of our students a structured, supportive and individualized educational setting.
DAY TREATMENT - Turning Point has a Day Treatment program that provides therapeutic services and state-approved education.
UA/BA TESTING CENTER - We operate a full-service testing center that is open 7 days a week.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Medicaid, Private Insurance and Private Pay. We also have grant funded Crisis Intervention services for Loveland and Ft. Collins residents that can potentially pay for qualifying Outpatient Therapy services.
Which areas do you service?
Primary service areas are Larimer and Weld counties. Our Residential in-patient programs serve youth 12-18 years of age across the entire state of Colorado.
